What is CELL?
The mission of CELL is simple: To build professional networks of reflective education leaders who develop and refine a common language & set of core practices that are proven to enhance student achievement. We have established an ambitious goal to replace the static, isolated models of educational leadership with a dynamic, networked approach to building outstanding leadership in our schools.
CELL organizes regional networks of education leaders who work in traditional district, charter, and independent school systems. In addition, we provide a platform for high-quality, job-embedded professional development that pushes leaders to develop outstanding classrooms, schools, and school systems. Our leadership practices stem from our four core beliefs about educational leadership, allowing us to develop a new generation of reflective, data-driven instructional leaders who are eager to hold themselves accountable for their performance.
CELL is committed to reforming education. We believe our approach will be proven successful across private and public school systems, but we NEED your voice and active involvement.
